What are manual proofs?
On a live project, add existing tweet links or written quotes, or invite customers to submit a written testimonial for your approval. The wall and widget label owner-added and approved customer proof separately from verified exchanges. Free projects have 3 shared entries, Starter 5, and Pro/Business have no plan count cap.
I only have one or two products — is paid worth it?
An active paid subscription protects your exchange-directory listing from inactivity delisting only while the subscription remains active. Paid includes a badge-free widget, up to 25 cards per Starter request and up to 50 per Pro or Business request. Pro and Business have no manual-proof plan count cap; the API still returns at most 50 cards per request. Paid plans can skip exchange-directory activation, but payment never grants dofollow eligibility.
What are project credits?
Your first project is free. Credits are used only for additional projects, and each additional project needs 1 credit and an open slot. Free members have 1 slot initially, 2 after giving 1 proof, and a maximum of 3 after giving 3 proofs. Verified proof you give earns credits; paid plans also add monthly project credits. Receiving proof never costs credits.
Why is my project pending?
Free projects need one submitted proof to join the exchange directory. Paid plans can skip that activation step and make a listing live immediately; payment never buys dofollow eligibility.
How do I earn a dofollow backlink?
Your activated listing has a public project page that links to your site. The link is dofollow once you have given proof to at least one other founder; payment never grants it. Search engines decide whether to crawl, index, or use a page or link in rankings. Participation does not guarantee indexing, ranking benefits, or a permanent backlink.
